Great gym facility is kept spotless. There is loads of equipment good atmosphere. No dodgy membership contracts and there’s plenty of space and parking

I joined Function Well in January and am absolutely loving it. It is an investment in my health and wellbeing and worth every cent. I am in my 50s and suffer joint pain and inflammation due to autoimmune issues. I started with StretchFit and then progressed to yoga and reformer pilates. Usually by now I would have an injury and cancel my membership. The instructors are impressive and the inspiring surrounds and views of the sea glitter on the Brisbane River even more so. Getting up in the dark has never been so easy as I know the 'me time' is worth it. The absolute best part is the restoration zone (infrared sauna, magnesium pool, ice bath etc) that I am sure is the reason I am injury free and feeling a million percent better. Feeling stronger and lighter than I have in years.

It’s great. The front desk staff are lovely and helpful. The guys who do the boxing classes are excellent, probably because they’re actual boxers. All the trainers are wonderful. Special shout out to Lewis. He’s very patient and thorough. Understands uncoordinated people like me and gives excellent direction. Always clean and nice and the spas and saunas are cool.

A beautiful gym, with a genuine community focus that makes each person feel cared for and valued. A big shout out to Lerryn, who is such a kind and warming presence at reception each and every morning, and an amazing "face" to the Function Well brand. All the team has been just terrific - and it has been a pleasure being a member here. The diversity of classes is exceptional - and the real stand out to me is the yoga space - a gentle room where you can nurture your soul with the best instructors and unique styles. The sound healing classes are also a point of difference - you cannot find another gym that offers this as part of your membership. I highly recommend!

Did a strength conditioning with Boston and he was so nice, so knowledgeable with the exercises and explained it well. He made us feel comfortable and we had a lot of fun!! Pushed us to challenge ourselves to go beyond our limits. 100% would recommend! Such a beautiful boutique gym as well.

I’m obsessed with Function Well and all its facilities. I love watching the sun rise or set during a reformer Pilates class, or spending a Sunday afternoon in the Restoration Zone. All of the classes are so welcoming and supportive and I couldn’t not recommend enough!

I’ve been part of the Function Well community for just over a week, and I already know I’ve made the best choice. I joined because I wanted to invest in my health, and I can already tell I’m going to achieve amazing things here. The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming, and the range of classes, equipment, and wellness offerings is outstanding. I feel right at home. Function Well is honestly such a great gym to be part of. The community is something I haven’t experienced at any other gym, is what attracted me in the first place….everyone is welcoming, friendly and inclusive, which makes it a really comfortable place to train. The staff, trainers, and members are all incredibly open, friendly, and encouraging, which makes such a difference in staying motivated and consistent. I’ve recently taken up boxing again and have been loving my one on one sessions with Ash. His attention to detail is next level, he makes sure my technique is correct, pushes me to work hard, and still manages to make every session fun and engaging. It never feels rushed or generic, everything is tailored and purposeful. The front desk team Max, Di, Lerry are so fun, welcoming and friendly, which just adds to the overall vibe of the gym 🙌🏻

Function Well is an amazing gym, and the separate boxing facility was a major draw for me. The boxing coaches, especially Ash, Matty, and Neha, are top-notch. I've been attending Ash's classes regularly, and I've been blown away by his professionalism and expertise. Ash's ability to tailor the coaching to all levels, from beginners to advanced, is impressive. Thanks, Function Well, for providing an awesome boxing facility and exceptional coaches.
